Shipping policy

In stock and ready to ship items: ALL in stock orders will be shipped within 4-7 business days after paid. That includes priority items. If the item is on pre-order, please read the description of that specific item for an estimated shipment time. If you purchase a pre-order item with ready to ship items, your order will ship once the pre-order item comes in. Be sure to take this into consideration before ordering! Thank you for shopping!

Pre-Order Items: Pre-order items have a turnaround time frame stated in the description. Please be sure to ALWAYS read descriptions and stay aware of these time frames! This will tell you about when you should expect your order to be shipped. If you order a ready to ship item along with a pre-order, everything will be shipped together. To avoid this, please order your in stock and ready to ship item(s) separately from your pre-order items.

Wrong address policy: Orders are shipped to the address on file. If your item(s) are sent back to me, you will be responsible for the price of shipping the 2nd time. Once items are shipped, it is COMPLETELY out of our hands! Please understand that if you would like to insure your package, you must purchase “Priority” otherwise, the package will be shipped first class without insurance.
