Return Request
Returns and Exchanges will only be accepted within 7 days of the delivery date of your order. There must be no signs of wear or tear on the item(s) to be eligible for return or exchange. If we receive a clearly visibly used item, it will be shipped back and no refund will be issued. All returns are for the amount of the product only. L&L Boutique offers exchanges for the same dollar amount of the items returned. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Sale items are FINAL SALE. Please allow 2-3 days for returns to be processed. Refunds take 7-10 business days to reflect on the original payment account once processed.
Custom branded and custom engraved items are nonrefundable. Once items are burned, we cannot re-sell them.
L&L boutique ships to the address given at checkout. We are NOT LIABLE for lost or stolen packages!
