How do I request customization on cowhide items?

If the item is a brand-able item, there will be a custom text box located beneath the product description labeled "Brand this item". 

Choose the customizations you want, and provide a detailed description in the custom text box. You can find the shapes and characters available to choose from on the home page located in the "Custom Branding" area.

Can I preorder something with other ready to ship items? 

Yes! If you purchase Preorder item(s) with ready to ship items, the order will ship once all items are ready. Otherwise you must purchase seperately. 

When can I expect my order to ship?

Ready to ship items are typically shipped within 7 days of purchase. If you need your order shipped ASAP, feel free to email.

Branded cowhide items can take up to 10 business days to ship depending on how many custom orders are in the queue.

Where is L&L located? 

L&L boutique is online based out of Maurice, Louisiana United States.

Are shoes in US sizing?

All sizes are listed as US sizing. Sometimes depending on the item, there will be a size chart to go off of. Always read descriptions to determine best size to purchase depending on the fit of the item.
