If you purchase Preorder item(s) with ready to ship items, the order will ship once all items are ready. Otherwise you must purchase seperately. 

L&L boutique is located in Louisiana. 

All sizes are listed as US sizing. Sometimes depending on the item, there will be a size chart to go off of. Always read descriptions to determine best size to purchase depending on the fit of the item.
